The olive oil doesn't turn into the stones. The stones have been analyzed and are cholesterol and bilirubin (bile). Olive-Oil contains no cholesterol. Olive oil is reeeally good for you! It gets digested and your body uses it. No need to worry about it turning into stones.

Now...those fries and chips may turn into stones!
