My 2 ultrasound reports comparison. Please advice.

I took my first ultrasound 3 months ago. Then I took another ultrasound diagnosis recently just one week after I did the my first liver flush.
I am not sure there is a improvement or not although I did a very successful flush. Can somebody advice me is there some improvement on the cholelithiasis and the fatty liver?
Thanks a lot.

Here are the two reports:

First--
A layer of echogenic debris is present in the dependent portion of the gallbladder. This cannot be made to move but does cast an acoustic shadow. The gallbladder is otherwise unremarkable. The common hepatic duct is not dilated.
The liver is somewhat dense and attenuating. There is a small area of relative decreased echogenicity just anterior to the portal vein.
Impression:
The findings in the gallbladder most likely represent a layer of sludge with tiny calculi as there is acoustic shadowing from this.
The findings in the liver are consistent with fatty infiltration with a small area of focal sparing anterior to the portal vein.

Second--
There is increased attenuation of the liver but no focal mass is seen. The gallbladder is bisualized and there are muliple tiny stones within it. The common hepatic bile duct is of normal size.
Impression:
Cholelithiasis. Fatty infiltration of the liver.
