I tried the tea for the first 2 nights. It did nothing for me.
I did the salt-water for the first 20 days. I just got burned out on the taste, the very bloated feeling first thing in the morning, and the very chapped anus.
So I started on the B&Ps. Got ropes right away (very pleased).
I also started drinking prune juice -- first watering it down 50/50, and then I realized it will work better straight (1 cup).
Now I am up to 3 B&Ps a day (must chase them with double the amount of water) and only when I haven't passed much on a day and my weight has stabilized or I gained, then I drink a cup or 2 of the prune juice.
