The tea never did anything for me.
I quit the salt water on Day 24 (couldn't hack it).
Then I did prune juice for the following 17 days (1+ cups a day).
I also did 1/2 salt-water doses (only 2 cups w/1 teaspoon salt) when my lower abs started bloating a little.
Now, the B&Ps are moving things nicely and my stomach is flattening again.
It's pretty amazing, when I first started, my stomach got pretty flat, then I did the liver flush...wow!
I'm still glad I did it (even though my weight has yo-yo'd while going down). That stuff needed to come out.
