Wow, sounds like you're doing well. I was encouraged to see someone who is going long with it. I'm on day 7 doing the ultimate fast which is The Master Cleanse with p & b shakes. I want to start Clarkia but it it hasn't come in the mail yet. I'm thinking of going 25 - 30 days. So far it's been easy. Tweet
