Thanks for the suggestions- yes, I'm eating veggies and raw flax
seed, drinking 2-3 liters of water a day and still nothing. This is since being on 3LAC for 3 weeks- before that I was regular once a day with my morning coffee (I know, I know, but it works SOOO well for me).
Here is the list of what I am taking:
3LAC (2 packets/day)
super b vitamin
5HTP (serotonin booster for insomnia)
MSM (supposedly helps with allergies)
Oh, and I'm also drinking a detox tea from Triple Leaf 3/day.
I'm thinking of cutting the 3LAC back to once a day. I really don't want to do this (I think it's working!) but I can't go much longer with no bowel movements!
Do you think I should take calcium/magnesium and Vit C in addition to the multi?
