i wouldn't bother with probiotics until you are done with the diflucan. herbal anti-fungals are good, but be careful of too much die-off. when you are done with the diflucan, rotate herbal anti-fungals every four days for a while until you are feeling better. keep in mind the even the herbal anti-fungals are likey to kill off a lot of any probiotics you are introducing. i would hit the candida hard for a couple of months with anti-fungals and then get a series of colonics to wash out the dead yeast. i would then take large amounts of quality probiotics. it also my be good to do a Colon Cleanse before introducing a lot of expensive probiotics, depending on how sick you are. if you have candida, it is likely that your colon could use a good cleansing after you have killed off some of the yeast. once the colon is clean. probiotics have a better chance of implanting and growing in your gut.
it is a step by step process.
keep referring to this forum as there is a lot of useful info. as you go along.
