Same question, same answer: the one with less Sugar is better but you shouldn't eat sugar.
I just bought a yogurt maker, a good starter, and organic milk. I let it ferment for 24 hours -- the bacteria is supposed to eat up all the lactose in that time. I had some and didn't react to it. That is promising to me, but I need to consult with my chiropractor about whether I need to save this for a maintenance diet.
