Re: ISN'T POTATOE FLOUR A STARCH?????

well yes.... It must be.. Im going to try an experiment with quinoa flour instead of the potato flour.... I mix the three flours i named before together.... so no white flour... just hemp, and brown rice... and maybe millet or quinoa flour.. I add rice flakes (like oats) to it and stevia... I add berries occasionally.... but that is not the best idea if your still in the first couple months of the diet..... this type of baking takes some getting used to.... but it is fun to experiment....
One type of pancake that I did make was a cranberry lemon one.. with stevia...it worked beautifully..and is o.k for the candida diet!
