I'm curious as to what type of unbleached flour do you use (like white, wheat, rye???) and is this good for you when you have candidas? I can't eat NOW flour...that was most of my diet and I'm haveing a hard time adjusting my diet but since I have...I do feel better. Still working on the white coated sore tongue but I think cutting out all Sugar has helped a lot!
