Re: IS CORN STARCH BETTER THAN FLOUR????

i dont know if corn starch is a good replacment.. i dont have enough information about it... but I thought that starchy stuff is on the no list.... maybe someone has some better info.....

anyways.... when i make something with flour... I use a mix of brown rice flour, hemp flour and a bit of potato flour.. i add a bit of non-aluminum baking power, cinnamon, and stevia... and that is my pancake recipe.. with olive oil and rice milk... and when Im a little bad.. i add raspberries and blue berries!!! such a nice candida treat!!!

I also make a pie crust the same way...
the flour mix..as well as rice flakes.. with crushed (soaked) almonds...sunflour seeds....and stevia, ginger cinnamon, olive oil and rice milk..... it is yummy..and makes o.k cookies as well.... but you have be be ready for a not to sweet taste...
