Ok so most of you know I can't take probiotics...but I've been eating 4 oz of yoguart just about every day for the last couple of days and feel SOOOOO CRAPPY!
My yoguart I get from the health food store and does have NATURAL juice in it for flavoring so it is not alltogether Sugar free...but it isn't straight sugar. I know it isn't good for you either way but I thought it was better than nothing since it has about 4 or 5 probiotics in it. I feel SO CRAPPY! My throat hurts...even my ears. I've even run a slight fever on and off the last couple of days. Is this doing me any good or am I just spinnin my wheels here. I'm TIRED of feeling likc crap! I've been like this for a few months now and can't deal or cope with it anymore. thank you
