Hi, I'm one of those types of people with hyper nerves, and once, on a lupus group, someone with neuropathy advised me to try Neurontin. Indeed it calmed me (it actually had the same effect as Soma) however, it causes side effects - rather "rebound" effects. So I'm limiting it.

But to get to the crux of the issue, I've discovered that computer monitors are the worst culprit. It makes no difference whether CRT or LCD - the ones which haven't been out-gassed for a long time are the WORST culprits.
