I was wondering what you think of the 3 exercises recommended by Matt Furey (online). He recommends a trio of: 1) deep knee bends, 2) Hindu Push Up - Lie face down on mat and jackknife body with rear end in air, and then come back down into a bow position; and 3) a neck bridge position.
I was doing this for awhile and I was building up strength but I was feeling very "Tight". Are you familiar with this exercise series? What do you think for a yogic perspective?
