I don't know if you were prompted to write your posting after reading my posts, but...serendipity!
I was posting to see if there might be a yogic pose or series of poses to help with writer's cramp (loss of muscle tension while writing - NOT cramping of the hand). And I also posted in another line that I wanted to start with general yoga practice. So I guess I'm doing just what you recommended for my problem!
I don't think that any one pose could help but, as I posted, the bridge pose did help for awhile. So, if you have any suggestions in addition to general practice I'd be SO grateful.
