Thanx for all your helpful responses! I never thought yoga would be for me but I think that I could benefit a lot from it. I'm excited to try it out and see my results. I've tried working out on a regular basis, but I think it gets so boring after a while.
It's just burn, burn, burn. Yoga seems like it would be a lot better for me, maybe not
easier, but I like to try new things. If I ever have anymore q's I'll be sure to post them here since you all are so helpful to a newbie like me!
