New Poster/New Routine?


I would like to start a good rigorous yoga routine (although that might be besides the point). But my lower back is VERY sensitive and I have to avoid certain twisting and arching poses that seem to be the cornerstone of Yoga. Any advice on a routine that would be vigorous and "stretching" enough but not kill my lower back?
