This sure makes sense. I was a mountain climber before the illness took over, and my partners would sweat and sweat, but I didn't. Not that I was in better conditioning than them, it seems to be just personal 'metabolism' stuff.
They did drink more than me but they needed to - the evidence was there when they would ring out their shirts soaked with sweat.
So this is very good info. We just need to obey the signals and not get cought up in popular lore.
Is it true that our skin is actually the primary 'respirator' of water? or our breathing? I bet we get the water we need unless we really ignore all signals.
