I just started the food grade hydrogen peroxide (17 drops) 2 or 3 times daily and was seeing just a little improvement. I just got the Homozone today and took two doses and already feel much different.
I think I'll keep taking one dose of hydrogen peroxide, the 2 doses Homozone (1 - 3 tsp) chased with lemon water and see how the combination works. Plus, hydrogen peroxide in the bath helps with any external skin detoxing and some muscle pain. Everything I've read says that 2 months of h202 use seems to be their magic number.
