I'm no expert, but I've been bowel cleansing since January and having terrible trouble
with my knees. I am about to do a Liver Flush this weekend and I have a REAL
STRONG suspicion that my knees will be better after a couple of flushes.
Having said that, I'm pretty active and I do a lot of yoga and that helps. Just think
what the doctor would do for you if you had coverage. Maybe drugs, physiotherapy
(in my opinion useless). Try some simple sitting postures and stretching and maybe
try to trust the wisdom in the cleansing process. Cleansing seems to bring out a lot
of this stuff.
Also, you could try massage. Check to see if the muscles above and below your knee
on the sides are tender. If you touch them and go "OUCH", massaging them regularly during
your cleansing will help to release things.
