Thanks to everyone for your help. I had the recipe written down and that I lost it! It is not all that hard to remember now that I have made it once.
This is my second of full day of the Ultimate Cleanse and I feel fine. The only thing I do not care for is the cayenne pepper -- I had not a spicy type person. But, if that is what it takes than that is exactly what I will do.
I am still on 2 P & B shakes per day. Today I got out some thing's that looked like the end of a small Q tip -- bugs? I have not having as many "sesame seeds" as I have had the last week & a half. We will see what happens next.
