And don't forget - wheat and milk are common allergens, stimulate mucus, etc. Maybe not the best thing to eat after a cleanse (or in general). Next time, maybe you should start with fruit, a green salad, something like that (raw and healthy) before eating stuff like your (typical?) breakfast (which is congesting and not very healthy).
But I'd definitely go with the water thing the others mentioned. Maybe drink 3 cups upon first waking, one with lemon juice.
