What is normal is a relative term, everyone is different. Yes, I get diarhea after the second Epsom Salts , that I agreee with you on, it's gross (I used milk of magnesia last time) I'm also with you that the olive oil and grapefruit juice is not bad.
And yes, you may still have diarhea after you start eating solid foods, but that should not last long.
