Once you start cleansing it seems that you just feel sooo much better that some of those old habits just don't cut it anymore! One needn't be totally rigid with their diet (unless you're really trying to cure a major illness - then discipline and determination and some rigidity is needed - definitely!) - but you start to really see what foods make you feel better and what make you feel worse! Doesn't sound crazy or fantatical at all! Sounds smart!
