Yes, the first few days are tough because you are breaking cravings for junk food and perhaps starving any parasites that may be causing you to crave them (like sugar).
After day 5, I had no cravings for any food, even smelling it while cooking for my family didn't bother me.
But for the past week (after day 30), I have really been wanting good food (brown rice, veggies, beans) and my B.O. has gotten much better. I guess I'm getting closer to the end.
A clear (uncoated), pink tongue is a good sign you have removed much toxins from your system.
