Hi, I'm on day 2 as well. Stick in there, you can do it! I thought the first two days would be the hardest but actually I haven't been hungry all that often. If you do get hungry, have another drink, go for a walk, or call someone. I've found that it's usually just a mental thing because you are 'used' to eating a certain time. It'll get easier each day (or so I'm told).
Focus on how your body feels, refreshed so to speak . . . It's crazy I can feel something happening through my spine and running through my veins. Maybe it's just psychological, I know I'm detoxifying but I like it . . .
