I'm really conservative in my fasting. If you just finished a 6 week yeast bust, then if it were me, I'd take a week or two off. I see so many people trying to tackle so many cleanses and fasts without giving their body a chance to recover. Fasting is hard on the body. Rebuild on a good solid diet for a few weeks while you plan your next goals and study enough about the different cleanses so you're not so confused.
On the other hand, if you're finishing Yeast busting, you might look into parasites next. Make sure you read the posts here and get lots of info though before you start. Because everyone's body is different. What works for someone else may not work for you the same way.
