My first BM - DAY 5

Hi all,

I finally got my fist BM this morning. I guess the secret was drinking the laxative tea at night. I only tried saltwater flush once a day and it didn't do anything. I was about to quit Master-Cleanse if I don't get any BM today but I did. I am very happy. Hope I get another one tomorrow morning :))

The things that came out was orangeish-brown chocolate syrup looking things. Is this normal? Am I going to get same result every morning from now on? or does it stop after a while? I wanted to check with other people if what I am getting is normal and good.

Should I drink the tea every night at bedtime?
