Hmmmm...maybe someone who knows more than me on this subject can jump in here!
I am sure that some Seasalt in healthfood stores that is made in France (they export a lot of salt!) will be just fine. I just checked my regular Seasalt that I use and it's made in France and although it doesn't say 'unrefined' it says: Produced by Natural Evaporation.
But I DO have some true 'unrefined' salt...it's also made in France and is grey. You can find this stuff in gourmet food stores.
I'm sure that your Seasalt is just fine...but not the best. But way better than regular table salt .
(I thought that you were using the regular old table salt stuff!)
