Oh I am soooooooo up set! I have gone over 1 month with NO Sugar at all in my diet. I even lost 18 pounds! But it is my birthday week and for the last couple days I've had a small peice of pumkin cheesecake. I made it homemade and used half the Sugar that goes into the resipe but I'm soooooooo Upset!!!!!!
Did I ruin everything I spent over a month doing? Am I dumed?
