This is all very new to me... I am always reading that the body needs to be on the alkaline side for good health, now you are saying it needs to be on the acid side? So confused...
And what is whey supposed to do for you? If people dont tolerate dairy, I dont think this would be beneficial.
And would somebody please tell me how you get human acidophilus, because my imagination is running away with me. I read somewhere about having an enema with somebody else's stool.
Ok, this forum has convinced me that drinking clay was good for me, and I have got used to looking at my stool, I even got over the shock of the parasite cleanse, I even gave myself an enema, but there are some things I have to draw the line - I am not getting a goat!
