I'm still trying to work out details like Vit c..bad or good. I've always taken c 2x a day. I could also use a zinc as my hair has been steadly falling out over the last 1.5 years. It's starting to be hard to hide it..and I'm not 30 yet. I was also thinking about chromium for the Sugar cravings. And what about EFAs, and calcium/magnesium. I just don't know if these interfere with the threelac.
