Diet is really important in the beginning so you don't keep destroying your digestion and end up with leaky gut or any of the rest of it. Any Sugar really feeds the candida. Are you the only one suffering with Candida or does your whole family have it to? I personally don't like the taste of stevia so the only sweeteners I use is Cinnamon and pure vanilla. Also a Holistic DR warned me that Stevia is very acidic so if you are already having stomach troubles it could aggravate it more.
