Re: white cotton balls?

I had my first "cotton ball" about a week ago.. i dont know if it is a parasite or candida.. i am doing a cleanse for both right now... i also have had those long mucous things too.... they look like worms to me... but they are like a giant long snot!(sorry its the only way i could think to describe it)

it sounds like you are doing some good cleansing.. so its a good sign that its all coming out!! Maybe someone else could tell us what they are! Tweet
