Thatís very nice of you to offer to send me samples. I go to the chiropractor on Monday to get a new supplement. Iím not sure what it is Ė she told me about it before Iíd done much reading. Depending on what happens at the appt, I may take you up on the samples. She does do muscle testing.
Thanks for all of your ideas on supplementation. I am limited because of the breastfeeding, but Iíll look into these things. I have done some things for adrenal support, but the breastfeeding has limited me there as well. I would also like to have another baby and depending on my babyís needs, I may go from breastfeeding to pregnancy (unless I stay in the shape I am in). So this is a complicating factor as well. It definitely would be better to deal with this pre-baby. However, it was having the baby that brought all of this on. I will know better next time about how to prevent this.
I love the acupuncture and massage ideas as well -- I hadnít considered them. But Iíve been such a financial drain on our household lately, I think Iíll wait a bit before adding another professional to my life.
On the cabbage juice, who has tried it? Should I use red or green? I guess red has more B-vitamins so that might be better. Do you add any other vegetable? Is it at all palatable? I am intrigued but a little hesitant.
My task for today is looking for organic peppermint oil. I really need that right now.
Thanks for the all of the advice. I really appreciate it.
