I also suggest you get yourself some good organic peppermint oil - the essential stuff - and put a drop or two on the back of your hand and chase with warm water. This along with drinking hot(filtered) water will quell the nausea really quickly. It helped me get through die-off last time around.
Regarding the anxiety, the best advice I can give is to breath through it or scream through it! But try to keep some perspective, however tough that seems. We've all been through this stage. "How can we give up all these tasty things and live on salad!?" I couldn't ever envisage not eating grains for breakfast, but now can't imaging not eating fish or eggs with a crisp salad.
It only take two weeks for a something to become ingrained into your routine so stick to the diet the best you can, drink plenty of good quality water, get to bed before 10pm every night(protect those adrenals!), and learn how to breath properly. I daily simple meditation will help with the anxiety and make you feel more balanced too. If you find it tough to meditate, and it can be with all those toxins floating about your system, go to www.brainsync.com and purchase some of their tapes. They're very cheap and wonderfully effective.
