The article refers to both Glucosomines, sulfate and hydrochlorides, as SALTS. I thought I remember reading in one of the posts, that it was a SUGAR. Can anyone tell me which is correct? Is Glucosomine a Sugar or a salt? And, what difference would it make when taken in a glyco mix if it is a salt? Help, I'm confused.
