We have started taking Acidophilus Pearls by Enzymatic Therapy, as the probiotic to take with our glyconutrients. Walking through my health food store I noticed that there are literaly dozens of different items that are called probiotics. Some are refrigerated, some are not. Is there a consensus on this forum, as to which probiotic brands work best with taking glyconutrients. We also want to start taking the inulin, but could use some advice on what the best brands are to start with.
