Re: Home made glyconutrients

Hello JV, I make my own glyco powder and am very happy with it. It's not difficult at all to make up a batch, and by ordering the ingredients bulk you can make pounds of powder for around $75. Plus the homemade glyco powder has ingredients with healing properties of their own besides just the glycos, like for example, shitake mushroom. I use Dr Byrd's recipe, which is easy enough to find online, but if you email me I will send you the resources I used to order my ingredients to get the best products for the best prices. This is actually the hardest part of making it yourself, and I've already invested the time for you :o) After you get your all your ingredients, it takes only a few minutes to measure out a small batch. As I always say, this isn't rocket science, it's nutrition. I rarely come to this forum, so emailing will be the best way to reply.
