Sounds like you are detoxing. First I would recommend you take a good enzyme product to help in digestion, available from the same company. You might want to try M****CLEANSE as well to aid in the detox process. I would drop back to 1/4 tsp for about a week, then every 4-5 days see if you can stand a higher dose. It has been recommended that you take the glyconutrient powder with food so your body doesn't try to use it for energy production. I take 2 tsp in the morning and one in the evening. In the morning I mix a health smoothie using a good protein powder I purchase at Costco(2 scoops because I need the extra protein), mine is soy based but you may not utilize soy well, with 1 tbs of Barleans Flax seed oil which is found at most good health food stores(essential fatty acids), 3-4 drops mineral drops, my glyconutrient powder, and water. I also use a little V8 Splash for flavor but that is a presonal taste thing. I also add a phyto powder for my fruits and vegatables. I worked with a Naturalpathic Doctor for a while and found this can be very helpful. Good luck. If you need more help I'll see what I can do.
