For years I have had constipation and diarhhea, though not all the time. I never was regular, like the people who have the urge to go an hour after each meal. But after doing the bowel cleanse, my movements have become much more regular. The whole learning process has helped me too. Like the tip to drink 2 cups of water immediately upon waking. I never used to do that but I do now - it really helps. I also use enemas from time to time (with Liver Flushes mainly), something I never attempted before.
I do notice that I have less gas than I used to have, I rarely get constipated, (if I do usually a couple glasses of water will get things moving again quickly), and I don't get that bloated feeling after eating like I used to. Before I tried the bowel cleanse, it was not uncommon for me to go a whole day without a movement. I have pooed every day at least once since I completed my first b cleanse. It was definitely worth the effort. I plan to do another Bowel Cleanse in the early spring and probably twice yearly thereafter.
I've done one Bowel Cleanse and 5 liver flushes. I can't attribute my improved wellbeing to one thing, but if you stick around curezone for a while, you'll see that it's all connected!
