I have had major bowel problems myself for about 15 years. I would strongly recommend that you read everything Dr. Schulze has to say about it (his patient handbook is on this website). It has totally worked for me. He is the colon man! In a nutshell, his intestinal formula #1 and #2 are godsends and have been used with success with colon cancer, polyps, blockages, you name it (it also has flax, psyllium, and Bentonite in it which are great as the other post mentioned). They are less than $20 each. Basically, #1 gets everything moving and #2 acts as an intestinal vacuum, seeping up all the toxins and poison. I know there's other stuff out there, but this has worked for me. Best of luck!
