Oh, and one more thing - I am wondering if you are a vegetarian? Because I have noticed that people who eat animal products tend to have "smells"... sometime's it's not strong and many people never notice it, but ask people who rarely or never eat meat, they can tell. And I can't tell you how many times I've sat beside someone who is giving off a lot of bad odors that I can tell are derived from meat.
As for me, ever since I became a vegetarian I haven't had a problem with gas, but if I cheat, then I will temporarily have some foul smells. You might consider vegetarianism (or at least give up red meat) but be careful with beans, cabbage, and dairy products. Just a suggestion.
