When you do the B&P's how much of each do you use at a time? With the psyllium, do you use whole, husks, powder -- what kind is best? How much Bentonite do you put in each drink? How much water should these the mixed with?
Also, is there a particular probiotic that is better than another? What about flax hulls -- how much would a "beginner" use in a day?
Would I want to use all of these things to start??? If not which would be best to start with?
