When I was told to start doing enemas (by my nutrition advisor) I got
this scary, hollow feeling inside like I was about to face something really
difficult.

Ha! It's a piece of cake. I've done tons now, I'm a pro. I'm considering
giving the "equipment" to my family members for presents. I'm hooked.

comfort of your own home.

Just think of all the people out there who suffer because they're too shy
to take matters into their own hands.
