The thing that I would suggest are the Bentonite and psyllium drinks. Some people experience more bm's while taking them, but I never have. They don't contain any laxative herbs or anything so you won't have to worry about diarrea.
(*Richard doesn't very good bacteria cause diarrea...until you're used to the new strains??)
The B&P's (that's what we call 'em!) are to be taken 1 to 4 times a day on an empty stomach. Some people start getting ropes after only 4 days...but with others it takes weeks... I got out tons of big long crazy icky looking ropes...and boy was that satisfying!
The bloating and gas you're experiencing would probably be helped by cleansing out your bowel...but also the way you combine your food can also play a part. You could pay attention to what foods you're eating to see when you get more gas/bloating...
