OK, so I also was looking into this, the best email I saw was the critical review of the Crystal C. web site posted above. Yes, of course many people are looking for dirt on this product since there is something that just doesn't sit right about it.
I am confused by your posting that says you have one and it works great but that you have to be your own repairperson since you will get no help from the eccentric genius who makes them. But then why would you need to psych yourself up for three days before calling him???? What are you calling him for? You already have a machine that you know how to use! I think either you DO work for the guy or must be personally intersted in his success in someway? Basically this paragraph makes your whole post suspect.
Either way, after looking at this site, looking at the http://www.chem1.com/CQ/ AND taking another look at the site that actually sells the machine this is not the water product for me. Bottom line: there are plenty of products out there that do offer a money back guarantee.
