Re: Arthritis

Dear Steve, April 21, 2003

Softer more shock absorbing shoes sounds good.
Playing a little easier sounds good too.

But donít buy your doctors doom and gloom prognosis, I didnít and as you know the BIG CLINIC that told me I would never walk again without surgery, was wrong, and I was a lot worse off than you.

So, to start, it is more than what herbs to take, it is more like what new life do you need to create.

I can think of a hundred things to start.

Externally, Hot and Cold Hydrotherapy, 7 reps daily, if not 2 or 3 times a day
My Deep Tissue Repair Oil, after the Hydrotherapy routine
Stretching, massage, and some mild strengthening weight bearing exercises at the gym. How about walking instead of basketball for a while.
And of course Bowel Cleansing, a quart of fresh squeezed Organic Carrot Juice a day, a Vegan food program so you donít pee all your blood calcium out, Herbal Poultices . . . .
Why donít you set up a program and run it by me, add 10 more things of your own. Learn a few jokes too!

As far as Arthritis, see the man at the end of my "Create Your Own Healing Miracle" video tape that was crawling on all fours with Arthritis, and then how he was dancing in just 4 months.

YOU CAN DO IT, grow a new knee and NEVER need surgery!
I did.
