Drink more water, at least 15 minutes before or after Lemonade (so you won't dilute the lemon juice too much).
And take it easy the first few days.
Some people can continue working out throughout the MC.
Others (especially those very overweight or out of shape) should take their time getting used to not having that full feeling.
And space your drinks evenly throughout the day.
I drink my salt water flush at 6 AM.
Then every 2 hours, I drink my 10oz of Lemonade :
At 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 noon, 2 PM, 4 PM, & 6 PM (only 6 drinks since I want to lose pounds)
After 6:30 PM, I just drink ice water when my stomach feels empty.
Since I currently quit the tea, I am taking a 2nd salt water flush at 1 PM.
Before I started this fast, there were times when I forgot to eat, or wasn't able to eat and DID MY STOMACH GROWL!
And I was very moody and crabby, mainly because I didn't plan on fasting.
I wasn't mentally prepared, I just wanted food.
I believed the hype that you should never miss a meal, FEED a fever, FEED a cold, FEED a headache, FEED a stubbed toe...
If you mentally prepare for this, believe that you are doing good for your body, your organs, your mind, you will succeed.
And for extra strength, everyone should be praying to God for his help.
HE wants you to be healthy. You are a temple for HIM.
Ask him for help every morning before you get out of bed, before you take that first gulp of salt water,
when you are fixing a meal for the rest of your family.
Pray anytime you need help.
And then, every night as you fall asleep, THANK HIM for getting you through another day.
