10 is only a number, I know. You did really well and your body was telling you enough. :) I hope you enjoy your OJ, broth and eventually food.
I'm actually thinking of breaking my fast this Sunday which will be day 14, and try for OJ and miso soup as well for the first 2 days. I'm really looking forward to Vegetable Udon on Tuesday night...unless I hear otherwise.
One question for people, if I plan to try and go raw diet for a while, is having Miso and Udon soup/broth a bad idea? Should I just try to start raw from the beginning?
OJ, apples, for a while then add greens and the rest?
I'm not sure I'm ready or prepared for a strict Raw diet,(lots to learn, recipes, etc) but I know it's so good for people.
